Editorial portraits
For founders, creatives, and artists who want to be photographed the way they actually are — not the way a brand deck suggests they should be. Studio, on-location, or in your own space.
Portrait details →I make editorial portraits, brand campaigns for small businesses, and a handful of weddings each year. All of it in natural light, slowly, on purpose.
I work in natural light, with a small kit and a long look. The pictures I make best are the ones where the room has gone quiet and the people in front of the lens have stopped performing.
Most of my work comes from a small number of long conversations each year. I keep my calendar that way on purpose.
More about how I work →My newest series — a few quiet hours in the field, in the last good light of the season.
October Light. A portrait series shot the week the light finally changed.
See the project in Editorial Portraits →Three kinds of work, kept deliberately small. Each one begins with a conversation.

Portrait details →For small businesses with a point of view. Editorial-style imagery for your site, your launch, your menu, your shelves. I work in your space, with your team, on the days the business is actually alive.
Brand details →A small number of weddings each year, chosen for fit. I work quietly, in available light, and stay for the parts of the day that matter most.
Wedding details →I read every enquiry myself and reply within two business days. Tell me a little about the project and we'll take it from there.
